@jockboy696 Hey, i'm not sure I understand the question, but I think it's to do with the romance options, so I'll proceed under this assumption. If i've gotten it wrong please let me know. 

While I'm sure there are mods out there to change romanceable companions on PC, the base unmodded games have the same options on PC and console. 

Male Shepard only gets a male romance option in the 3rd game, in Steve Cortez, the shuttle pilot. Edit: Apparently Kaiden is an option for Male Shep in 3 too. 

Outside of this, all of his options are female in the 1st and 2nd game.
