Is it nitpicky now to expect a respectful conversation and not be called an idiot straight off? Wow, times must have changed in the last few hours.
Usually in software development there are several categories of bugs. This one is neither game breaking nor does it affect your gaming experience in any way. So yes, it's not a big deal and I don't think it's a top priority on BioWare's list to fix, especially if it was only a temporary outage. But good look with EA help, they'll be really eager to help you if you use the same kindness when speaking to them.
First, what you should do is to google "profanity" or check it up on your dictionary. If "idiot" was a profane term, then I guess you'd really be profane. Second, I don't know why the hell you're taking this personally, unless you happen to be one of those incompetent fools I'm talking about.
Glitches, are glitches, end of story. They are errors that are supposed to be fixed. Imagine what would happen if every time a glitch was reported, they just say, "Oh well, screw it. It's not game breaking. They'll live."
Oh wait. They're already doing that!
As for EA helping, I can tell you, they're about as helpful as a monkey with a drum.
Oh, and thanks for the good luck. For people who came here looking for help, your response is just the kind that everyone needs. I encountered a problem, I came here to report about it, and I get a very helpful response from you telling me that I'm using profanity, and that my problem isn't big enough yet for anyone to give a crap. You're just the kind of helpful person I really look up to.
Well, maybe topicstarter shouldn't be so aggressive but I have just one question to u. His issue is a problem? Just one word - yes or no?
I think, it is. And here's a place to report about problems. So I can see no reason in your "it's not a big deal". What's your deal about the size of this deal? You're not helpin', you're not advisin', you're just comin' here and suggestin' to topicstarter to get lost. I don't wanna be rude but this situation looks exactly so.
Actually, I have the same problem and I'm not happy with both the issue and EA's care about it. Maybe it's not a big deal but it is a deal anyway. Btw, even after EC war assets are needed. For example, I need them to forget about boring side quests.
