Sorry to hear you've been waiting so long to get this fixed up.

As you've mentioned, this is typically due to an entitlement issue that our support will need to update on the account.

If you check your case history page here, are your cases still open or in progress?

As you mentioned it's been a month, please try creating a new case here instead to get another advisor to take a look, as it certainly shouldn't take that long to hear back on an active case.
