Re: Mass Effect Andromeda - PC Origin Multiplayer help

This problem. Game will not connect. The game simply says I'm "not allowed to connect to online services" so I can't import/export characters or do strike missions. Offline works fine. I've gone through the standard battery of shotgun troubleshooting from EA (uninstall/reinstall everything, reboot, safe mode, router/modem reset, port forwarding, etc) and spoken with 3 agents 2 who applied a new key to my account. My search on here for solutions have been fruitless as well so here's my new post. Anyone else have answers?

Did you had a EA Play (Origin Access) subscription that is now expired?

Yes. As I posted, they have already removed and added my access twice.

I can't say if there are further actions necessary on EAs side, only support could escalate your case.

It is possible also that there is a local or isp problem as well.
