Re: ME2 changes resolution after loading to something my monitor doesn't support

I managed to solve my problem by going to edit ...\Mass Effect Legendary Edition\Game\ME2\BioGame\Config\GamerSettings.ini and changing the resolution from default 1920x1080 to the native resolution of my monitor, 2560x1440. I also changed the max framerate from 240 to 144, the monitors max refresh rate. I probably didn't need to do the latter.

@Paragoon When I open that file all I see is

[appcompat]
Compatlevelcomposite=5
Compatlevelcpu=5
Compatlevelgpu=5

Did you just add the resolution change?
