I didn't buy anything and its not a new character I played with. This happened to me once before.
Lately the game to me looks more buggy then before.

You're right, you have a different bug, with the new characters you tend to get too many skillpoints (resulting in 6/6/6/6/6 builds possible). Nevertheless the solution is the same: either promote or respec card.
