I see, thank you for the information. I'm not sure why you are affected by this issue, with most folks they seem to be able to use the game with BC as usual.
I think your next step here would be to reach out to Xbox support, hopefully they can see why you're prevented from playing and get things running on your Xbox One. I want the deluxe edition but only one I can find is the basic edition I really want the hoodie can't you guys make it a DLC that costs 2.99 plz
