Hang on, when support can take MONTHS to e-mail back about issues and there is no local phone support it's rediculous not to allow us access to live chat.
I have had consistently slow and poor quality techsupport from EA and it seems to just be getting worse.
I agree that the delay is sometime too long.
But just imagine that when advisors are around 50 maybe 100 (and I hardly think), we're several thousand of player.
And as you know, many of us complain for manything they could find themselves solutions, and so they lose their time.
But I can give you a solution for the live chat, on the EA help website, at the bottom on the right, there's a menu where you can choose your language.
And when you choose a different language, that change the country you'll contact.
English & American support are the most active support.
