I have the same issue as above.
ME2 Digital Deluxe Edition (as it is called in Origin Downloader), bought as a box version.
Also I have all the DLC's, the downloader continuosly tries to download them all (missing are those from CN).
Please update this thread with some working solution, looks like it's a pretty common issue. It has started lately I suppose (I just opened Origin to install Omega DLC for ME3 and observed this).
Tried reinstalling/betas - nothing helped.
