Recovering Previously Installed Game On A New HDD

I am trying to download my copy of Mass Effect 3 to my new HDD, and I'm having some issues.  On my first drive I installed Origin and ME3, and was very displeased with Origin and how it affected my game's performance.  However some time has passed and I'm willing to give it another go.

I popped the ME3 disc into my PC, and I'm currently in the middle of the installation process where it's asking for my activation code.  Obviously it's been used because I used it once before to install the game on my first drive.  Is there a way to retrieve previously owned games?  I have had no luck thus far.

Another obstacle, I can't be absolutely certain it's under the same e-mail address.  In my frustrated attempts to work with Origin in the past I tried to install ME3 once more on the same drive, the first drive, and had several complications, namely Origin was having a pissy fit and wouldn't work.  So through all of this it's entirely possible I tried to make a new account and this may be it, I couldn't really remember what e-mail address I used.  Is there a way to view the history of my account?  Games owned, date created, that sort of thing?
