It sound like you need more help than any one of us, fellow gamers, can provide to you at his site. Please go back to Origin and login using your Origin ID and PSW. You will probably be asked to proceed and update your Origin client, as it has been revise today and a new BETA version is now in place. Browse through the new Forums and articles pertaining to the paltform you are using ( PC?) and this game ( ME 3), and follow the instructions on how to get Tech Support from Origin.
