Strange problem

Hi.

Not sure if this is right forum to ask this question, but I had a strange problem in the game. I played a game with a person as host and in that game the recharge rate on the flamer for the Geth Trooper Soldier was about 3 times as long as usual. I left after that game was done and played with other people and the recharge rate was normal again. Now i just had another game with that same player as a host and as before the recharge rate was about 3 times as long. What could possibly be the case here?

In all the games i was playing with the same weapons and mods, so I had +200% recharge rate on all of them. And both games were against Reapers on Gold.
