I found the initial one as well to start the quest and have never found another since. Have been all over to several camps multiple times, even visited sites off of a video showing their locations and cannot find any. Several people on the video were responding saying the quest is bugged and that none of them can complete it.

Edit: nope, just received the nav point in the lower right corner of the map.
The problem is because you people (just like i did a few hours ago) destroyed the shuttle. Before you killed those outlaws, the quest will bug by then. First and second playthrough i had no issues with it, my third one got bugged because i have destroyed the shuttle before i killed those outlaws.
EA should fix this because we finished the quest already.
Even if they fix this issue in a future patch you must still reload a prior save if you want to have the quest completed in this playthrough.
