Task Cold Hard Cache Bugged

Funny I just finished this task/quest but now the exclamation point/icon in my journal just won't go away, now stuck there when you usually completed a mission even the exclamation point in my inventory (even after scrolling through all of it) has been stuck and never disappeared since I visited and explored Eos and sometimes the exclamation point disappears/reappears when my squad mates are auto-leveled up (even after I reload a saved game) [before and after patch 1.05]. And seems Kadara is the only planet I noticed has the most glitches and bugs on it and Eos has some.
