Texmod crashes when Target Application is clicked

After following this guide here:http://masseffectmodding.tumblr.com/post/53849709142/tutorial-how-to-use-texmod-with-mass-effect-3-on

When ever I try to click on the "Target Application" folder, It crashes, Becoming unresponsive until I close it, I followed the guide to the letter and repeated the process multiple times, Still the same result, This is only the case when I try to replace the Mass Effect 3.exe with .exebak and change Texmod to MassEffect3.exe and start it via Origin, Whenever I try to just click on Texmod.exe in a folder, It works, But there is no changes in game.

Anyone know how to fix this?
