Didn't have to debrief in multiplayer, but going in to prestige-challenges it popped immediately for teams that were already level 20. Leveled 5 teams to 20 in various ways trying to get this to unlock. Weeks wasted.

I have 4 at level 20. Tried this last night and it didn't "pop" the achievement for me. Playing on Xbox One and using the iOS companion app. I have 1 more team getting close to level 20. Maybe I'll get him leveled to almost 20 and try doing it through the in-game menu for that last little bit of XP.
