Unable to purchase Mass Effect 3 : N7 Collector's Edition for XBox 360

I've seen the Fenris Mech and the N7 hoodie in the ME Legendary Edition, so everything appears to be included in that.

(The multiplayer and Pinnacle Station excluded, obviously)

This DLC relates to a 10-year-old collectors' edition.
