Where can I see the top of the APEX Leaderboards?

So I have the APEX HQ app thing, and it shows the APEX eladerboards around me rank (210k ish) and has Load previous and Load Next buttons, but nothing like Show Me The Top 50 (it looks like 50 per page is listed)

Anyone know how I can see a) the top 50 and b) any random rank I like (guess would need a GET URL with the rank=100000 parameter or some sort) so I can see where I can improve to etc.?
