Almost certainly not, at this point.
GOTY edition after all the DLCs have been released and patches issued? Possibly, but the lack of a season pass was established as intentional long before the game's release.

I don't understood if we will see no DLC at all or we will not see a "cheaper bundle" like a season pass is.

We will see individual DLC packs - i.e. story expansions and (possibly) additional Apex missions we have to pay for - but there are NO plans to offer a Season Pass...
This also goes for any extra stuff provided in the Deluxe Edition, including pre-order gear, so if you want that content you have to buy its bundle, or wait until the Deluxe Upgrade is available.
- Nanostronghold9 years agoNot applicableWith ME3 most of the DLC was free. I seem to remember Bioware sayimg that they were put in a position to do this because people were sinking so much money voluntarily into the multiplayer packs that they covered the DLC costs, so, rather than money-grabbing, they gave it out free.

Thankfully, no. Season's pass is a silly idea for any game. The only advantage is possibly if a company likes an unending stream of complaints about things not done properly.
