(Xbox) ME:A Can't connect to online

So ive tried everything suggested to try and get it working. im running an open nat. cleared Persistent storage done alternate mac checked for updates/additional content Deleted local saves ...

so the problem is solely multiplayer.  i can play single player no issues

still presists

@IrateTemplar When you log into MP are you getting a specific error? Does the MP show connected online before you go into that section of the game?

    cannot connect at this time try again later

    never connects online

      @IrateTemplar So this happens at the main menu and not when you try to connect to MP?

        ive tried the main menu connect as well as multiplayer from main menu and trying to join strike team on the nexus as well as the tempest in game.  just wont give me any connection
