@Ventilata Okay yeah thank you. That sounds like a desync in the account itself and not the console since you can see the other data. Can you log in to this site here and choose the platform if you see it, reset the EA password, and then follow the steps on the site to sync up the account again?
@EA_ShepardHello again. Thank you for the provided solution. Unfortunately it did not help. I will write down what i did. Maybe i misunderstood a step that was required to do.
1. I logged normally to the N7 headquarters page. I had my credentials stored so it automatically logged me in.
2. I logged off
3. Clicked again to log in, selected, i forgot my password, i got the code, i wrote it to the login page, changed the password and logged in.
4. Went to the N7 HQ page, selected Support and on the bottom of the page was a clickable link to resync the account for the
Galactic Readiness Map.
5. I got a msg on the page saying: Your EA Account profiles were updated and if found new profiles were linked. Look below for links to view your Mass Effect 3 multiplayer data.
6. I started the game, but i still can't see the characters.
7. i did again reset my password
8. manually changed it in the EA account
9. when loggin in to the N7 HQ i clicked on the Xbox icon, allowed the connection to my xbox live
9. clicked again on the link as on step 4
10. started again the game, still the same results.
Is there anything else i can try to do ? For example unlink my xbox live account in the EA account page ? I just want to be sure not to loose my progress in the game so i rather ask before clicking on something 🙂
