After downloading new update, game doesn't work past title screen

It started freezing at title screen since update

Happens at launch of game

After this recent update

I restarted console multiple times .

I launch the game and a message appears "Getting ready your game this may take a couple of minutes" after I close the message, a minute later another message appears "wait a couple of minutes and try again..." I wait and nothing... I restarted multiple times, uninstalled, reinstalled and same messages, the same messages appear when i try to play star wars battlefront 2, both games were bought as a digital copy through microsoft store and ea access account.

• How Often does this Occur: STARTED THIS WEEK (TUESDAY was the last day i played NBA)
• Can you access any game mode: NO
• Does Crash happens at launch of game or certain game mode: When I launch the game
• When did this start happening: WEDNESDAY
• Steps taken that cause the issue to occur: I stopped playing went to the home screen, turned off the console, next day turned on the console tried to play, messages started to appear... The messages may be different to players in the US, due to I live in Mexico city and the messages are in spanish and it was the best translation I could made of them.

UPDATE October 13 14>50 PM I ended the second download, The cover of the game does not appear in the games tab of the XBOX, only appears a blue square with the title of the name... I still can't play...

Latest Update October 14 20:47 pm I uninstalled and reinstalled, finally I can play !!!
