After downloading new update, game doesn't work past title screen

I just finished downloading the new title update for nba live 19..  and I can't get to the "start button" screen.  After showing team logos,. Screen just goes black with music in the background..anyo...

    Well all I had to do after all is uninstall then reinstall the game.. everything works now thank you

    same here, after a recent update game crashes before tip off. a message appears re machine heating... other games work just fine. Xbox one x.
