After downloading new update, game doesn't work past title screen

I just finished downloading the new title update for nba live 19..  and I can't get to the "start button" screen.  After showing team logos,. Screen just goes black with music in the background..anyone else having this problem?  I play on Xbox one

    Well all I had to do after all is uninstall then reinstall the game.. everything works now thank you

    What do I do when the game updates and get sticks at 15 it every time and it says can’t c to ea severs try to got to this website I went to it and it still does the same thing to me
