Yes.
EA does not object to fair uses of video footage or screenshots on video sharing sites, including YouTube channels that are commercialized, as long as the footage is a version of the game that we have released to the public.

Yes but remove turn off the game music or remove it after the capture if you know how , YouTube will tag the video as copyrighted content due to thinking you are just using the music with no approval , you can dispute the claim and explain that the music is part of the game but its easier to just not include it..
Technically it is possible for sure, but I am not certain that it won't be deleted in one day. Most probably many rights will be violated and will not be able to get monetization from it. Anyway if you are still interested in this you can record your screen very easily using a special app. Here is the link https://screencapture.com/. I like this app because it has an online version, so you just record what you need and save the video on your computer, no need to download the program, but they a desktop version as well.
