Can't play my rising star's games

Help! Recently I haven't been able to play my rising star! I played a game this last Friday, (DEC 12) and ever since if I try to tip off the PS4 error comes up (CE-34878-0) game is up to date and its downloaded to the system so its not the disk. Everything I've tried hasn't worked and I don't want to make a new one and reset all the progress I've made. Please help.
