Dribble Package and Shot Animation

I can’t seem to unlock some of the dribble moves or shots for my player I have a high dribble rating  and I can’t unlock Dame Lillard pacakage 2 or Magic Johnson Dribble on my point guard or wing shooter not can I equip different shots like Ben Simmons/Fultz/Korver/ and Diana Taurasi
