Everyone please start a ticket with the chat function here to fix MMSE error

Might be cause college football just came out n basketball is otw but I'ma wait to delete my shi just in case! But I think it's over I'll give them till Friday 11:59 P.M.

I looked forward to playing online late nights 3 to 4 times out of the week.  This is messed up.  I don't think EA realized how decent live 19 is.  Sure it had its flaws but no game is perfect but it was great in my eyes. I been playing live since I was 10yrs old I'm 45 now. 

Come on EA.  At least keep the servers up until your new college basketball game is released.  You have a HUGE and strong dedicated fan base for NBA Live 19 still til this day.  Give us a few new challenges or update the game every month or so .  If nothing else, at least keep the servers up until your next basketball game comes out.  We have nothing else.  W.e refuse to go to the other side(2K). 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

We may have to get a crew together and drive to headquarters and protest .  Something IDK 😐.

Please fix the NBA Live 19 server outtage

Unlock everything as well. Therefore if the servers go out we can at least have the full game.

when will this work, sometimes it takes trying 100 times, not anymore

Dear EA team,

It’s been over 15 days and NBA Live 19 online matchmaking still doesn’t work. Every attempt to play online gives us the MMSE error code, and there’s been no official response or update from EA.

This issue is affecting many players across the community, and it’s been widely reported on the forums, Reddit, and social media. Everyone has tried all the usual fixes  like restarting routers, reinstalling the game, checking NAT types, logging in/out of EA accounts and none of it works.

What’s most frustrating is the complete silence. We understand NBA Live 19 is an older title, but it still has a dedicated fan base, and we deserve to know:

• Why hasn’t this been addressed after more than two weeks?
• Is this a temporary technical issue?
• Or have the servers been silently shut down without notice?

The community is being left in the dark with no clarity or communication. Please give us a straight answer and  we just want to know what’s going on.

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart. I bought this game just last month, excited to dive into what I believed would be a full, working experience. From the moment I started playing, I was hooked,  I truly love this game. It gave me joy, connection, and something to look forward to.

But recently, the online features, especially Live Run, stopped working due to what seems to be an MMSE issue. It’s really disheartening. There was no announcement, no warning, unlike other games like Anthem, which had clear communication from your team.

I’m not just writing as a customer, but as someone who genuinely cares about this game. Please, if there’s any way, fix the MMSE issue. I’d be incredibly grateful. It feels like something on EA’s end, and I’m hoping it can be resolved.

Thank you for listening. I just don’t want to lose this game so soon after finding it.
