    I just tried something and it worked for me, did u happen to make a player face scan? Like I did? If u delete it and that created player and create a new using the game generic face and stuff it works, franchise works fine, it's odd I know but it works! Pumped!

    Having the same issue. As soon as the franchise game ends and I select to exit, it freezes. I don’t understand why this hasn’t been fixed when clearly it’s a huge issue. I bought the game via Xbox store, it’s on my Xbox one S internal hard drive. You should’nt have to delete your game face to play franchise. Please make an update to fix this!
