I can't skip to level 50

I've had a level 100 player for months, but can't progress new builds to level 50. Why is this?

    Your not alone in this matter. Here are some answer by others at Reddit Live...

    Pretty sure the skip only works on 100 achieved after the update.

    After you create your player, do you not recieve the option to skip the rise to level 50 on the very left box option once in the one menu? (Just gotta make sure, the process to doing it is very simple)

    You should click on "Rise" in the one. You try it? Just play Rise some more...

    When you create a new player, click rise, pop up appears

    Then maybe it didn't register your 100. Did you get a pop up once you reached it, saying that fast forward was available with new characters? Because I literally just created a new character, and rise options is on the left and once you click it a pop up to fast forward appears

    Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
    Which version? Full Game
    Which feature / component / location in game are you experiencing issues with? Edit player
    How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’m not sure but it’s getting me a little frustrated
    What happens when the bug occurs? It won’t stop showing and happening
    What should be happening instead? Letting me do whatever I want

    I’ve restarted all over again in NBA live back at 99 and the XP level overall 100 

     And I made a new character because since I am at XP level 100 is said I can make any character in fast forward them to level 50 but that doesn’t work and it doesn’t do it 

     And another thing is I’m asked on my character to a 99 overall in the game still shows the bar to earn skill points after I maxed out my whole entire character which should go away
