I'm keep getting CE-34878-0 error in community live events

Please help I'm using PS4 pro and I've tried uninstalling and reinstall the game/restart/turn off console and back in/delete my save and re download it in the cloud and it's still the same it's frust...

Seriously, what's going on? It's been 4 days without any acknowledgement from EA. Clearly judging by the amount of people who have complained about it, this is a serious issue. Are there any plans to fix this or have we all essentially been scammed into buying a broken product?
