Live 18 on PS4 wont start at press start screen

Game loads, enters start screen. I press any button, and nothing happens. I’ve deleted all save data, console and cloud, but still having this issue. Has there been a fix? What’s up EA? You have decided fans and customers who want to get IN THE GAME!!!!

    Have you played this game at all previously? It is possible your game is still installing.

    Have you restarted your console?

    If your installation freezes, gets stuck, or fails, your game file may have corrupted while downloading.

    • We recommend deleting or manually uninstalling any files that made it through the installation process, then download and install your game again.
    • Once you install your game, restart your game or console. This makes sure your system checks for game updates.

    I did all that... every troubleshooting method has been done. I don’t know what else I could do... HELP!!!!
