I am having a similar problem. My NBA Live 18 character won't transfer from the demo. This is pissing me off. All of the employees' advice isn't working. I hope there is a solution to both of our problems. Yours seems to have a way worse consequence.
Same problem it wont transfer my files from the demo to the full game
