Losing all my the one mode progress

I too have lost all my progress and unlocks in the beginning of January. It's very upsetting because i poured too much time and money into this.. I've been keeping and eye on the forums as suggested to see when it will be fixed but still no word on a fix or if they are even working on it for that matter  @EA_Roger
