My Gameface HD will not upload to nba live 19

I just bought the game and downloaded the companion app. Scanned my face in the app which worked fine. When it comes to select your head in the create a player, my face is not available in the game.

Check you have same email used in app and console.

Do you have your game on at the same time you upload on app with phone? Try restarting the game to see if it picks up or put a generic face then go back to faces and select your scan. Use same wifi ssid on both phone and console. Maybe wait 30 min for upload to sync with EA server and try again logging on to game. Make sure you use same email.
