NBA Live 14 Xbox ONE Issue

I am very pissed off with this game and do not appreciate the stress that it has put me through. It is the equivalent to an iPhone/iPad game and it cost me 60$. Now to top it all off, it isn't working. Easily the stupidest purchase I have ever made.

Due to the fact that it cost me 60$, I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to fix it.

The issue is this, the game goes in to my Xbox One and when I click on it, the application opens, I look at Kyrie Irvings face for a little bit then everything goes black, and the application crashes. I have tried other discs to make sure that it wasn't a system error and the other discs worked.

I read online somewhere too that EA was doing reconstruction from the 25th-26th and that was around when this issue started. So I was wondering if anyone has any ideas.

    When I load and launch the NBA Live 14 disc on my Xbox One I just get the main screen but the game doesn't launch.  It just goes back to the Xbox interface?  I have an Origin account and am logged on.  What do I need to do to launch the game?

    My Rising star game crashes when i get subbed out of the game this is very frustrating as i purchased this game on launch day with my console pls respond thanks
