NBA Live 14

I'm having serious issues with this game already

#1 - When I change my player rotation in Dynasty mode, i cannot make any substitutions whatsoever, and either can the other team... so the starting lineup plays for the entire game...

#2 - I called a timeout at the free throw line and the whole game just stopped... it was playing background arena music and showed the crowd waving and everything, but i couldn't see a timeout timer or make any substitutions. i had to quit the game to go to the menu and start all over again.

Those are 2 of the biggest flaws thus far. I'm not too thrilled.... i've waited 4 years for a new NBA Live game....bought 2k last year because I wanted a basketball game badly... strayed away from it this year because I was excited for NBA Live....this is extremely disappointing. Please respond at your earliest convenience.
