nba live 15 ultimate team crashes when setting line up.

Anytime I add a player to my line up in ultimate team I get an error crash. It is completely unplayable. Tried to get tech support to call me but they literally hang up in .1 seconds and I cannot ans...

    The fix for this may be to update your System Software(firmware). Please ensure your platform is up to date and retry.

Step 1: Close the application, install the latest system software and game update, and restart the system.

Step 2: If a PS Camera is connected to the system, remove it and reboot the system, then go to [Settings] > [User] > [Login Settings] and turn "Enable Face Recognition" OFF.

Have you upgraded or changed the hard drive in the console?

Having the exact same problem. Tried all fixes the user above has tried and the recommendations the administrator made. Seems like this problem started after an update was installed. Ultimate team crashes when the last starter (or when last bench slot regardless of sequence) is filled. Game crashes every time with error message (CE - 34878-0) every time. Have reported the problem every day for over a week with no success.

    Is there a point to this website? numerous users are having the same problem, various threads have been made and absolutely nothing from EA except for advice on removing a camera, there is a bug in NBA ultimate team that needs to be fixed. Would love to hear something beneficial from anyone at EA.
