nba live 15 ultimate team crashes when setting line up.

Anytime I add a player to my line up in ultimate team I get an error crash. It is completely unplayable. Tried to get tech support to call me but they literally hang up in .1 seconds and I cannot ans...

    The fix for this may be to update your System Software(firmware). Please ensure your platform is up to date and retry.

    *Marking this as the solution as out of date System Software is the most likely reason you are seeing this issue.

I have the same problem too! One of my players on sale pile was missing when it crushed. I did everything recommended to fix it, but the problem is still not fixed. This game sucks, so does the tech support. I'll wait for a day or two, and I will give up on this game if nothing is done by the tech support.

Loaded my profile on a brand new ps4. Downloaded game for the first time on the new ps4 and immedeately had the same error message when attempting to sub out an empty bench spot. This isn't an internal issue, lazy programming and an insuficient response to user feedback are solely to blame. How bout this week you offer a few less for money promotions and work on making this game playable ?

    Error message CE-34878-0 continues to appear everytime I attempt to play NBA ultimate team. Please advise if I should await some type of help or just go f@uck myself?
