nba live 15 ultimate team crashes when setting line up.

Anytime I add a player to my line up in ultimate team I get an error crash. It is completely unplayable. Tried to get tech support to call me but they literally hang up in .1 seconds and I cannot ans...

    The fix for this may be to update your System Software(firmware). Please ensure your platform is up to date and retry.

    *Marking this as the solution as out of date System Software is the most likely reason you are seeing this issue.

Tried using the EA call back as the above user tried. Went through the same process of getting the guy to get a manager and they concluded it was not an account problem and that there was nothing they could do. Suggested i wait for an update to the game. There have been numerous updates to the game since and still the game crashes.

Yea, I tried the call back option as well, guy was nice but he couldn't help me fix it.  He filed an in-depth report and said it would be a few days at least before the dev team gets to it.  Hopefully soon, I finally assembled a great team and now I can't even play with them.
