Thank you for reporting this and sorry to hear what happened. We'll keep this tracked down as a bug report, however the team has shifted to focus on the future of the NBA LIVE franchise so to set proper expectations I am not sure if there will be any immediate fix for this in the near future.
Do you know if you created more than 3 players in the past for that roster and they were on the bench?
