I am having the same problem on xbox one, so dumb I wanted to give it a shot over 2k now I’m just going sell it ASAP

    For those on Xbox, Microsoft refunded my purchase.  On to 2k19, thanks EA.  Actually liked the play of NBA Live better but a non-functioning franchise mode is a non-starter
