NBA Live 19 Franchise Mode Crashes With Imported Rosters

Product: NBA LIVE 19
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Which version? Full Game
Which feature / component / location in game are you experiencing issues with? Franchise Mode
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Edit the default roster. Use the roster and import it into your new franchise. Save the file. Exit franchise mode and go to the home NBA live menu. Go back to load your Franchise. It crashes the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? It crashes the game. Every. Single. Time.
What should be happening instead? Allowing me to load and play franchise mode.
How severe is the bug? A - Crash/Critical

    Anyone curious GameStop will refund for in store credit or a swap for 2k19. I got mine switched out today after telling them about these issues they told me not to worry. The guy even said himself EA is killing themselves with this kind of thing. Fired 2k up and have played all afternoon without a single issue. Goodbye EA.

    I figured out a work around.

    Load the default rosters. Then load your franchise.

    I hope they get this fixed cuz that's the reason why I brought the game, I like to play in the franchise mode to take my team to the finals...

    Same problem on Xbox one. Can we get a refund on this game? It’s not even playable.
