I fixed that by saving roster from settings
Community AdminI know this is pretty late but we want to make sure you were able to update your game. Did you ever get this fixed?
I tried erasing my original data to start all over and it didn’t work out

Community AdminYou'll need to download all the required updates. If the game wasn't played in a while the update could take a little longer to complete.
