Nba live 19

This error code pops up every time I try to sign in. It’s not fair because I played this game only a couple of hours and they heard my teammates heard my music curing in game chat and they reported me and I told them “don’t do it was just my music” reported me and they would not pass the ball and hear I am trying to get unbanned.
