NBA LIVE 2019. Cannot change language to english.

Hello, I contacted Microsoft Xbox One support and they told me that I need to contact EA GAMES for a support. I tried to buy a game in USA region wit a card and paypal but I could not purchase it. ...

So to fix this issue just go to your ea account settings and change language and region that will fix the issue

Did the steps quoted above work for you? Have you checked your Xbox console settings to make sure English is selected as the language or tried reinstalling?
