NBA LIVE 2019. Cannot change language to english.

Hello, I contacted Microsoft Xbox One support and they told me that I need to contact EA GAMES for a support. I tried to buy a game in USA region wit a card and paypal but I could not purchase it. ...

My dear . Just go to your PES settings and change the language to the one you want to. It worked for me.
