I am also having a problem with Court Battles where someone has taken my court and I cannot take it back because the game keeps glitching and when I do manage to click on the player that has my court it says that the player is already in a game and I cannot do anything about it. It has been like this for a week now.
I wanted to report it to EA but when I chose the option to "Report a bug" it only gives the option to search the community for answer and not actually report anything, so I chose to "Report a player" because this allowed me the option to actually email EA.
At the beginning of my email I stated that I wanted to report a bug and not actually report a player but they are treating my correspondence as if I want to report someone. I am about to email EA for a third time and again state that I am reporting a bug and not reporting a player but I keep getting generic responses from them telling me to come here.
It really annoys me that companies try to prevent you from contacting them directly and instead direct to the community to do their job.

In form with trying to make it difficult to actually contact EA I received an email asking if I needed any further assistance. Of course I received this email from a no reply email address. Instead the email directed me to the "My Cases" section of my profile.
When I go to My Cases and click on the relevant case I just get a spinning blue circle.
Thanks EA for not helping me with my issue.

- Platform
- Device/Model
- Persona
- How often does this occur?
- How can we find the Bug/Glitch ourselves?
- What happens when the bug occurs?
- What should happen instead?
Also share any other information that may help like screenshots, videos, or additional information that may be helpful.

- How often does this occur? ITS HAPPENING AGAIN RIGHT NOW so I stopped worrying about it
- How can we find the Bug/Glitch ourselves? Just purchase the game play the game and get very good then maybe it will happen to you and you will feel how I feel as well.. I believe I lost the match against someone who had taken over my court already then siding have time to play again quit the game powered down the console and the next time I played I noticed the glitch again…
- What happens when the bug occurs? The game is kinda slow in all online modes after this glitch
- What should happen instead? The battle timer should count down as intended .. You should be able to battle the opponent who has control or has taken your court

And this is exactly why I wanted to email EA direct and not post on a forum.
Haven't heard anything from them since I replied to their post on Thursday.

- How often does this occur?It doesn't "occur", it has happened and has stayed like that. I reported this 2 weeks ago
- How can we find the Bug/Glitch ourselves?I don't know. I don't work for EA
- What happens when the bug occurs?The screen keeps refreshing and makes it hard for me to select to battle against the person who took my court. When I am able to select to battle against the person who took my court a message quickly comes up saying that they are already in a battle and then disappears.
- What should happen instead?I should be able to battle against the person who took my court and attempt to win my court back
