NBA Live fails to connect to server
Since i started the demo ive not been able to get it to connect to EA server. I can play the game and access any features not required internet. When the game loads up it starts looking for an update...

On PS4. I did delete, redownload and install it last night but it still stops at 15% everytime. I can play the game just not anything that requires online functionality.

In this situation, could you please try some additional connectivity troubleshooting steps for PS4?
Then try to reinstall the demo again.

I havent had a chance to try this workaround yet but seems a bit more involved than I would normally do. I'll have to find my router info honestly havent probably logged into it since original install.
I know dev team is aware of this issue and assume there will be a patch addressing it eventually?There is one more fairly easy step that you can try before that - making sure that saved data for the demo is deleted. It's not always clear when you're simply reinstalling the game.
Here's more detailed instructions on how to do it:
1. Close the title
2. Open the Settings menu at the top of the dashboard.
3. Select Storage, then select System Storage.
4. Select Saved Data.
5. Choose a game to access the game’ s saved data.
6. Press the Options button and select Delete.
7. Choose the saved data files to delete, then select Delete.
8. Reboot the titleAnd I'll keep the thread updated if I hear any news about potential fixes from the dev team.

Mine still won't do anything after all this trouble-shooting this is very dissappointing.
- If it matters it's a downloaded copy of the game. This error prevents any online play.
Mine is doing the same thing stopping at 13% I have the disc. It’s a shame because I was enjoying the game. But this also happened to me with the demo. I think it’s when they implement an update.... it needs to be addressed ASAP! I picked up a used (GAMESTOP) 2k19 yesterday and will be playing that for the time being.

I've been having this issue since last Tuesday. This is ridiculous. Stops at the same 13% EVERY TIME!!

My apologies for not picking this up sooner. Would you mind trying some basic connectivity troubleshooting steps as we've had very little reports on this we want to make sure everything is in order.

Same here. Tried everything instructed to. I can still connect to the server for NBA Live 18 but not 19.
- I saw online that they have a new update today for the game but hadn't had the chance to see if it would update. Hope it works!

Tried all of these techniques and got up to 40%..but nothing past that..had the game 3 months now
