Have you players tried making a bridge with a laptop to your console to get the Internet from via your laptop.
Or used a proxy server which might help with nat types
Or using a phone to create a hotspot with console
Or used a VPN running off your laptop and either doing a wired or wireless connection to your console to be on a VPN playing.
This might be good to bypass some geo restrictions and allow you to change locations using a vpn on your console. Here are some examples...
Or if you have already a vpn subscription use connectify to make the connection from PC to console wired or wireless.
This one you have to pay its a hit or miss for ppl it vpn with ddos protection
All these methods are a bit of a hassle since it's much easier to just plug in a cable to your console or just use wifi but, it another way of testing to see if it helps with your connection to EA server by porting the Internet through another device to your console.
